If you made a verified kill on a varmint that qualifies for one of the Downrange Clubs and it was witnessed by a fellow member, complete one of the forms below. Once we receive the information and validate that you and the witness were both members in good standing at the time the shot was taken, we'll mail you a signed certificate commemorating your accomplishment. 

Pictures are welcome too! Submit a picture of your qualifying shot with a short caption and we will print it in a future issue of TVHM®.

Please name your photos with YOUR NAME and which downrange club you entered (Example: JohnSmith500.jpg). Keep your filenames short and do not include any spaces or special characters in it (NOT: John Smith/500.jpg). If you would like to send mulitple pictures, please compress them with using either WinZip/WinRar(MS) or Stuffit(MAC).
