Our first coyote calling contest was held in 2003. Since it’s start, we have seen the number of participant grow. In 2009, we had our largest contest with 52 teams registered and a total of 139 coyotes weighed-in. In 2008, we added a second contest in December. This contest introduced the use of video cameras and all kills had to be visible on the recording. The participants really enjoy watching everybody’s experiences and seeing their own over and over.
